An acronym for "Ambition to Create Novel Expression," founder Jonny Johansson started Stockholm-based Acne Studios as a collective inspired by art and youth culture. Starting with raw denim jeans—a signature item—the label advanced into casual wear, giving off-duty looks its stamp of minimal-cool.
